Introduction
Aureink is the AI engine for enterprise collaboration. Describe the outcome you want in a single sentence, and it plans and executes the work like a colleague — handing back results you can sign off on, while the whole process stays visible and controllable within the boundaries your company defines.
Aureink has two parts. The desktop client is where employees get real work done on their own files, tools, and messages. The management console (Console) is where administrators govern who can use which capabilities, what data they can reach, and how much quota they consume. This page gives you the big picture and points you to where to start.
1 · Core capabilities
- Understands natural language — assign a task in one sentence, with no complex steps to follow.
- Plans and executes on its own — breaks the task down, plans the steps, calls the right tools, and runs the operations.
- Handles multi-modal tasks — documents, spreadsheets, slides, data analysis, charts, web pages, and more.
- Works with local files — reads and batch-processes the contents of folders you authorize in a workspace.
- Keeps the process traceable — which files were used, what steps were taken, which tools were called, and what was produced are all reviewable.

3 · Client and Console
Aureink keeps “doing the work” and “governing it” on two surfaces, each with its own job:

One principle runs through the whole product: what the client can use is decided by Console’s grants — the client cannot escalate its own privileges. This lets a company put AI in employees’ hands without losing control.
