Console overview
The management Console is where an enterprise governs Aureink in one place. If the desktop client is where employees “get the work done,” Console is where administrators decide “who can use which capabilities, what data they can reach, and how much quota they consume.”
1 · What Console is
Console is a standalone web-based admin console for an enterprise’s owners and admins. It doesn’t do the work for employees; instead it sets the boundaries and allocates resources for the whole organization: distributing Skills and Agents, managing members and departments, watching usage, auditing high-risk operations, and controlling seats and quota.
2 · Who can use it
- Organization owner (boss) — has access to all of Console’s management features.
- Regular members — after signing in they see no management menu, only a prompt to switch organization.
- In other words, Console’s capabilities are open only to the owner by default.

3 · Governance side and execution side
Console and the client are a “grant” and “use” relationship:

One principle runs through the whole console: what an employee can use is decided by Console’s grants; dependencies and permissions are resolved solely from the tenant library, and the client’s self-reported claims are not trusted. This lets a company put AI in employees’ hands without losing control.
4 · Feature overview
Console’s left-hand navigation includes:
- Dashboard & usage — an organization-wide overview of AI usage, trends, and a seats-and-quota snapshot.
- Capabilities — distribute Skills and Agents (the core governance page).
- Knowledge spaces — space management and authorization for enterprise knowledge.
- Members & departments — org structure, member and seat management.
- Agent audit — a decision trail for risky operations.
(Some modules roll out gradually by release channel.)
5 · How to get in
- Sign in directly — sign in to Console with an email one-time code (OTP); your account must be within the allowed range.
- Enter from the client — the “Organization” settings in the client have a one-click entry to open Console; conversely, Console can also launch and sign you in to the desktop client.
