Sign in & join an organization
Once it’s installed, the first step is to sign in and enter the organization you’ll be working in. This page helps you sign in, understand the difference between personal scope and organization scope, and join an organization.
1 · Sign in
- Open Aureink and click Sign in.
- Aureink opens your browser to complete sign-in, then returns to the client automatically once you’re signed in.
- Back in the client, you’re now signed in.

Tip: your account needs permission to use Aureink before you can sign in; if you see a “no permission” message, contact your administrator.
2 · Personal scope and organization scope
Aureink has two working scopes, which you can switch at the top of the sidebar:
- Personal scope — your own conversations and files, independent of any organization.
- Organization scope — work under an organization, using the capabilities and knowledge it grants, with usage counted against the organization.
The two scopes keep their data isolated, so switching between them has no effect on the other.

3 · Join an organization
- An administrator gives you an invite link or QR code; open it and follow the prompts to join.
- Once you’ve joined, you’ll see the capabilities and knowledge bases you’ve been granted in organization scope.
- The first time you join, you’ll also be guided to open or download the desktop client.
4 · Manage your email addresses
You can manage your email addresses under Settings → Account:
- Add an email address (verified with a code);
- Set a primary email address;
- Remove email addresses you no longer use.
Next step: with sign-in done, let’s run your first task — see Your first task →
