Dashboard & usage

Dashboard & usage

The Dashboard is the default page after you sign in to Console — an overview of AI usage across the whole organization. Who’s using it, how much they’ve used, how many seats and how much quota are left, which capabilities are most popular — all on one screen, helping you spend resources where they matter and spot anomalies early.

1 · Overview

The Dashboard rolls up usage data scattered across the product into a few blocks: pick a time range at the top, overview cards and a trend chart in the middle, a seats/quota capacity snapshot below, and detail tables aggregated by member and by capability further down. You can drill from “totals” all the way down to “who used which capability.”

2 · Time range and overview cards

At the top of the page, first pick a time range: Today / This week / This month. Once selected, each metric automatically shows a period-over-period comparison with the previous period, so you can see whether it’s up or down.

Below the range are three overview cards:

  • Range usage — the total tokens consumed in that time span.
  • Active members — the number of people who actually used it in that span (shown as / total, handy for gauging adoption).
  • Total conversation turns — the cumulative conversation turns in that span.

3 · Usage trend chart

The usage trend chart plots range usage as a curve, with switchable hour / day / week / month granularity: use hours to see a day’s peak, weeks or months to see long-term trends. Use it to judge growth pace and pinpoint anomalous spikes.

4 · Capacity snapshot (seats and quota)

The capacity snapshot answers “is there still enough,” in two blocks:

  • Seat occupancy — shows Activated / Pending / Deactivated / Total, so you can see seat allocation at a glance.
  • Quota usage — shows consumption of cost, tokens, and requests, with a quota alert: an early warning as a soft threshold approaches, a clear notice when a hard limit is reached, plus an explanation of the current overage policy.

Tip: once you see “soft threshold approaching,” plan to expand capacity or remind the team to ease off; “hard limit reached” takes effect per the overage policy — don’t wait until then to act.

5 · Member usage table

The member usage table aggregates by member, listing each person’s requests, input / output, and total tokens. It supports:

  • Search — quickly locate a member.
  • Filter by department — view usage for just one department.
  • Pagination — page through all members of the organization.

Use it to find heavy users, or to verify whether someone’s usage is abnormal.

6 · Capability ranking

The capability ranking tallies each capability’s requests, total tokens, failure rate, average duration, and cost by Skill / Agent, and can be sliced by type and department. It helps you see: which capabilities are relied on most, which have a high failure rate or long duration and need optimization, and which cost the most and are worth reviewing.

7 · Attribution health and export

  • Attribution health + backfill preview — a set of data-quality tools that ensure every unit of usage can be automatically attributed to the right member / department for billing; health reflects whether attribution is complete, and the backfill preview shows the effect after filling gaps. No frequent action is needed day to day — treat it as a “checkup” for data trustworthiness.
  • Export — supports exporting member usage CSV and capability usage CSV, handy for offline reporting, archiving, or further analysis.

8 · Important notes

Important notes

  • Data use: the Dashboard’s usage data is for usage accounting and governance within the organization; use and share it within the authorized scope.
  • Quota consumption: range usage, cost, and requests accumulate in real time as the team works; watching the soft-threshold warning helps you avoid hitting the hard limit and being throttled.
  • Comparison basis: each metric compares against the previous period by default; switching the time range changes the comparison basis accordingly.
  • Export retention: exported CSVs contain member usage details and are sensitive data — keep them safe and don’t share them carelessly.
