Sign in to Console

This page helps you do one thing: sign in to Console and enter your organization’s admin console. Console is a standalone web console, open only to an organization’s owners / admins; you sign in with an email one-time code (OTP), or you can jump straight here from the desktop client.

Prerequisites: your email must be within your organization’s allowed range (invited by the owner or added in advance); have an inbox on hand that can receive the code.

1 · Sign in with an email one-time code

  1. Open the Console sign-in page and enter your email.
  2. Click Get code and check your inbox for the one-time code (OTP).
  3. Enter the code and sign in. Your email must be within the allowed range; accounts outside it cannot get in.

Tip: the code expires after a while; if it does, just click “Get code” again. Don’t forward your code to anyone.

2 · Join an organization via invitation

If you’re an invited member, you can join the organization with the invite link or invite QR code the owner sent you:

  1. Open the invite link, or scan the invite QR code with your phone / client.
  2. Follow the prompts to sign in / join with your email code.
  3. Once joined, your account belongs to that organization; sign in with the same email from then on.

3 · Jumping between the client and Console

Console and the desktop client can jump both ways, so you don’t have to keep track of addresses:

  • From client to Console — click the one-click entry in the client’s “Organization” settings to open the Console admin console directly.
  • From Console back to the client — Console can also launch and sign you in to the desktop client, carrying over the organization you currently have selected so you don’t have to pick it again.

4 · Language and access

  • Switch language — Console supports multiple languages; you can switch the display language in the interface, so team members each use their preferred one.
  • Access — Console’s management pages are open only to the organization owner by default. If you’re not an owner, you’ll be kept out of the management pages after signing in; the page prompts you to switch organization or shows no permission, rather than showing the management menu.

Note: if you’re sure you should have admin rights but are still blocked, it’s most likely the organization you have selected is wrong — switch to the one you’re responsible for and try again; if it still fails, contact the organization owner to confirm your role.

5 · Signed in successfully

The sign of success is simple: you land on the Dashboard home page and see your organization’s usage overview and the management navigation on the left. From here, you can start day-to-day governance.
