Skills
A Skill is a capability pack that installs into and extends what Aureink can do. When you need a specialized capability — a workflow for a particular industry, a document standard, an integration with a certain tool — just install the matching Skill and Aureink “learns” that ability.
1 · Overview
A Skill packages a class of reusable practices into a module. Once installed, Aureink calls it at the right moment; you can also explicitly specify which Skill to use in a conversation. Instead of restating your requirements every time, a Skill lets specialized capabilities be “configured once, used everywhere.”
2 · Page overview
Open the Skills store. The page is mainly divided into:
〔Figure: the Skills store page, highlighting the category filters, installed/available sections, and search box〕
- Category filters — filter by a three-level industry / function / category scheme to quickly find Skills that fit your role.
- Installed / Available — shown in separate sections; installed ones can be used directly in a conversation.
- Skill cards — name, summary, install count; official built-in ones carry a badge.
Open a Skill to view its details: a feature overview, usage notes, install path, and “how to use” (pin it in a new conversation with the /skill command), with one-click copy of the /skill command. Skill descriptions also support built-in translation (done locally; images and content are not uploaded to the cloud).
3 · How to use a Skill
- Search and filter — use keywords or industry/function/category to locate the Skill you need.
- Install — click install on the Skill card or its detail page.
- Enable / disable — enable as needed; we recommend enabling only the Skills the current task requires to reduce accidental invocation.
- Invoke in a conversation — type
/in a new conversation’s input box and pick a Skill from the popup, or type/skill <name>directly. - Uninstall — uninstall any Skill you no longer need at any time.

Publishing a local Skill: if you have your own Skill pack (containing SKILL.md), you can import and publish it to the store for reuse within your organization.
4 · Important notes
Important notes
- Information collection and use: a Skill only processes information within the scope of the current task, and only when it is invoked.
- Permission boundaries: a Skill’s operations are equally bound by the permission mode and the sandbox, and cannot access anything beyond its privileges.
- Quota reminder: invoking a Skill consumes usage quota, depending on the operations it performs.
- Third-party sharing: some Skills connect to external services; confirm where their data flows before enabling them.
- Security tip: prefer officially recommended Skills; evaluate Skills of unknown origin carefully before enabling them.
Disclaimer: a Skill may be provided by a third party, and its behavior and data handling are determined by the Skill’s own logic. Use it only after you understand what it is for.
