Organization & workspaces
The Organization & workspaces page is where you manage the organization you belong to, along with the default location for new conversations, Agent files, and generated results.
1 · Overview
Aureink is an enterprise/organization-only product: knowledge bases, digital roles, usage, and audit all run inside an organization boundary. You must create or join at least one organization to use the main product. This page helps you manage organization identity and set where on disk files are saved by default.

The sidebar lets you switch among organizations you belong to. Without an organization you cannot enter chat or assistants.
3 · Managing your organization

- Create an organization — create a new organization and become its owner.
- Edit details — change basic information such as the organization name.
- Join via invite link — use an invite link shared by someone else to join an existing organization.
- Leave an organization — leave an organization you’ve joined; the sole owner cannot leave (transfer ownership or disband first).
- Open the management Console in one click — jump to the enterprise admin console.
- View the organization’s granted capability overview — see which capabilities are available to you.
4 · Default storage path (Workspace)
The default storage path is the default save directory for new conversations, Agent files, and generated results. Once set, files Aureink produces land here for easy find and backup.
- Change — pick a new local folder as the default save directory.
- Open — open the current directory in the system file manager.
- Restore default — reset to the system default directory.
5 · Notes
- Organization boundary: knowledge, roles, and usage follow the current organization.
- Usage: counts against the organization’s seats and quota.
- Permissions: capabilities are granted by the organization; the client cannot self-elevate.
- Tip: after changing the default storage path, watch disk space and backups for the new folder.
