Feedback & logs
Feedback & logs lets you send issues and suggestions to the team and manage local run logs — find it under Settings → Feedback. Attaching logs helps the team pinpoint issues faster.
1 · Overview
When you run into a problem or have a suggestion for improvement, submit it from Settings → Feedback; the same page also lets you manage the telemetry switch and view local logs.
2 · Submit feedback
〔Figure: the Settings → Feedback form, highlighting the log-attachment note and the “attach conversation context” option〕
- Write your feedback — describe the problem you ran into or your suggestion.
- Logs attached automatically — run logs are attached automatically on submission to help the team investigate.
- Optionally attach conversation context — if it’s related to a specific conversation, you can choose to attach the conversation context too, to help reproduce the issue; skip it when not needed.
3 · Telemetry switch
The telemetry switch controls whether anonymous usage and run data is reported. You can turn it on or off anytime as you wish.
4 · Local logs
Run logs are stored on your machine for troubleshooting. You can:
- View — open the local logs to review the run records.
- Copy — copy the log content in one click, making it easy to attach to feedback or share with support staff.
5 · Important notes
Important notes
- Information collection and use: logs may contain conversation content or operation details, so you can review before submitting and decide whether to send them and whether to attach the conversation context.
- Telemetry under your control: the telemetry switch is in your hands and can be turned off anytime.
- Usage tip: when feedback concerns a specific issue, attaching logs and the related conversation context significantly improves how quickly it can be pinpointed.
Disclaimer: Feedback & logs is used to improve the product and troubleshoot issues. You decide whether to submit and whether to attach conversation context, and you can adjust the telemetry switch anytime.
